Fitness Frenzy in Stage 3

Each Monday afternoon during Term 2, Stage 3 students can be seen working up a sweat in the hall as they go through their paces in a new martial arts fitness program. Students are lead by a qualified fitness trainer as they build aerobic fitness through a series of high energy routines set to music. Students learn some basic martial arts moves and gain an understanding of the importance of physical fitness and activity- all whilst they're having a blast!
