As Kindergarten were learning the letter 'b' as one of their sounds last week, Kindergarten and their Year 5 buddies enjoyed a Teddy Bears' Picnic on Tuesday 9th March. Everyone bought along their favourite teddy or soft toy and the activities began at 12.30pm with a Teddy Bear scavenger hunt. Excitement rose as the Kindergarten children and their buddies scouted the school for the hidden teddies! After all the teddies were located, the Kindergarten children had lots of fun playing small group games organised by their Year 5 buddies. To conclude, the children enjoyed a picnic lunch with their teddies, under the large shady trees in our playground.
