Download the template Yearbook Cover Template (docx 16 KB). Use black felt-tip pen for your drawing.
The words "MOUNT COLAH PUBLIC SCHOOL YEARBOOK 2012" must be included on the page.
Do not write your name on the page. Write your name/class in pencil on the reverse of the page.
All entries will be printed in the Yearbook.
Hand in your entry to the front office.
Entries Close Monday 5 November.
