Mount Colah Public School student Nosa, has recently shown how hard work and dedication can pay off. Nosa has been training to compete in both discus and shotput at the NSW State Track and Field Athletics carnival. As a result of his efforts he has been successful and is now off to Tasmania to compete in the National Titles in both events. We congratulate Nosa on his fantastic rsults and wish him all the best at the Nationals.
